Nudey is built for women, by women. Your privacy is not an afterthought — it's a core part of how we operate. We collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and we never will.
Who We Are
Nudey ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Manifesting Technologies LLC. We provide a mobile application and website that helps women find clean, safe, and stocked public bathrooms nearby.

Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Location data — Your device's GPS coordinates, used only to find bathrooms near you. We request location access only when you use the app. We do not track your location in the background.
- Account information — If you create an account: your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase). You may also sign in with Apple, in which case we receive only the information Apple provides.
- User-generated content — Reviews, ratings, and photos you voluntarily submit about bathrooms.
- Usage data — Basic app usage analytics (screens viewed, features used) to improve the app. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
- Device information — Device type, operating system, and app version for technical support purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- To show you nearby bathrooms based on your location
- To authenticate your account and keep it secure
- To display your reviews and photos in the app
- To improve app features and fix bugs
- To send you optional notifications you've opted into
- To comply with legal obligations
What We Never Do
We never sell your personal data to third parties. We never share your location data with advertisers. We never use your data to build advertising profiles. Nudey is ad-free and will remain so.
Location Data
Location is the core function of Nudey. We use it only to find bathrooms near you in real time. We do not store your location history. We do not share your location with any third parties. Location access can be revoked at any time in your device Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Nudey.
Photos You Upload
Photos you upload of bathrooms are stored securely and displayed publicly within the app to help other users. Do not upload photos containing people or personal information. You can request deletion of your photos by contacting us at privacy@nudey.co.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Supabase — Database and authentication. GDPR compliant. Privacy Policy
- Google Maps / Places API — Map display and location search. Privacy Policy
- Expo / EAS — App infrastructure. Privacy Policy
- Apple Sign In — Optional authentication. Privacy Policy
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated bathroom rating data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be traced back to you.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications

Children's Privacy
Nudey is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
