About Nudey
Nudey is a free mobile application and website operated by Manifesting Technologies LLC that helps women find clean, safe, and stocked public bathrooms nearby. The service is provided free of charge and will remain free.
Accepting These Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Nudey app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Nudey.
Who Can Use Nudey
Nudey is available to anyone aged 13 or older. By using Nudey, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
Your Account
You may use Nudey without creating an account. If you choose to create one:
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must provide accurate information
- You may not share your account with others
- You may delete your account at any time
- One person, one account
Using Nudey Responsibly
When using Nudey, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate bathroom reviews or ratings
- Upload photos that contain people, nudity, or personal information
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
- Impersonate any person or organization
User-Generated Content
When you submit reviews, ratings, or photos to Nudey, you:
- Confirm the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Grant Nudey a license to display, store, and use that content within the app
- Confirm you have the right to submit it (e.g. photos you took yourself)
- Understand it may be visible to all Nudey users
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.
Nudey Certified™
The "Nudey Certified" badge indicates a bathroom has met our inspection standards at the time of certification. Certifications are valid for a period and subject to re-verification. We make no guarantee that a certified bathroom will meet standards at any specific time of your visit, as conditions can change. Always use your own judgment.
Accuracy of Information
Nudey relies on community-submitted data and third-party sources. While we work hard to maintain accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all bathroom information is current, complete, or accurate. Bathroom availability, hours, cleanliness, and product availability can change without notice. Always verify conditions on arrival.
Nudey is a directory service, not a guarantee. We are not responsible if a bathroom listed is closed, unavailable, or does not meet your expectations.
Intellectual Property
The Nudey name, logo, app design, and website are owned by Manifesting Technologies LLC. You may not use our branding, copy our design, or reproduce our content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Nudey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific bathroom will be available when you need it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifesting Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nudey. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Nudey and delete your account at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Nudey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
